It's beginning to look alot like Christmas!! This week has definitely mostly consisted of getting into the Christmas spirit and feeling the festive cheer. I love a Christmas market and we paid a visit to Bury St Edmunds market last weekend with the bestest and hubbies. It felt weird after moving from the area a month ago to be back again! The husbands definitely had a lovely time and I think it's fair to say I haven't laughed so much in a while. I don't think it was as good as previous years but it was lovely to walk around, enjoy the festivities and the mulled wine or 2 (or 3!) and have a child free day (thanks Grandparents!).
We then spent the rest of the weekend making the house Christmassy. Alfie had his first day at his new nursery on Monday and he got on well thankfully. Later that day we then decided to go and purchase a real Christmas tree after we picked Alfie up, ohhh I love a real Christmas tree and this is our first real one so am very excited by that, it's taking pride of place in our conservatory (all 7ft of it!).
There was a blogging treat that came through in the form of perfume which was such a nice treat, and after quite a quiet month blogging wise I had a few exciting emails though this week. Alfie and Elarna have mostly played nice this week other than Elarna now wants to pull herself up everywhere, cruise and steal Alfie's toys......good job Christmas is soon as I think she needs some different toys to play with!
I have no idea what next week has in store so check back next week for news of our week!
What have you been up to this week?
