You may or may not have noticed that I didn't review last months My Little Box. I simply didn't have time and decided to not bother reviewing all of subscription boxes. I managed to change my address just in time for shipping of My Little Box so thankfully it arrived last week! You can read the last box review here which was all about fashion, this month is all about sweet treats.
The main difference this month is that instead of the usual box, the products arrived in the cutest little tin (RRP £7.50)! I have to admit I let out a little squeal when I saw just how pretty the tin was and lets face it tins are always handy to have around the house to store bits and bobs in. I love the pretty pastel colour and the decoration of it!
Noticeably I would say initially the tin looked a little sparse but I'm guessing that it costs slightly more to produce a tin rather than a box! The first item I plucked out was Neck & décolletage lifting creme by Dr. Pierre Ricaud (RRP £18.00 for 50ml which is the size received), this is the prettiest cream ever, it's pink and iridescent, so lovely. Designed to plump and perk up the skin cells with an immediate toning and lifting effect I can't wait to give it a go!
The next item was a little sample of Yves Rocher So Elixir Sensuel Fragrance (RRP for full size 50ml, £52.00). Really sweet little, sample, smells nice and will be perfect to pop in my handbag.
The third product is my favourite as I love hand creams, especially when the weather turns colder as my hands need alot of TLC! My Little Beauty Sweet Hand Cream (unsure of cost but I received a 40ml tube) is gorgeous. It smells delicious and has a mousse like consistency, described as having a marshmallowy texture and it really is like that! It left my hands feeling soft and non greasy, lovely item.
The box is collaborating with a top food blogger called Mimi Thorisson and to go with the tin also sent was a rather sweet apron (RRP £11.00), always handy to have!
I also found tucked within the usual magazine and info cards there was an envelope with some jar decals inside (RRP £3.00) which I thought was a lovely touch......now I need to find some appropriate jars to stick them on!
I really liked this months selection of items. It was a varied bunch but as always this is why My Little Box tends to be my favourite subscription box as it is just so lovely to receive a variety of lovely items!
I can't wait to see what they have in store for the December box......I really hope it's festive themed and winter warming!
