This type of lifestyle is taking its toll on our personal lives. We often forget to take care of ourselves and end up feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. We must make time to rejuvenate and refuel for the next day. Take some time out of your day to do something -whether it's reading a book or taking a walk through the park-and give yourself at least 30 minutes of "me" time every day!
