Relax.

My word of the week is relax. The last few weeks I have not been feeling great which has resulted in me taking some time off work at the Dr's advice (more on this in my next pregnancy post). The majority of my week I spend time juggling a full time job, looking after a hyper toddler and trying to maintain a household as well as whizzing around doing various bits and bobs so it's no wonder that at 30 weeks pregnant I'm starting to feel the effects. I am constantly feeling knackered and suffering from low blood pressure and dizzy spells. My last visit to the Dr resulted in me being told to 'take it easy' and try to 'relax'. That is much easier said than done! However, my aim over the next few weeks is to try and relax as much as I can and to stop buzzing around always stressing and worrying about something.

I officially start my maternity leave at the end of February and myself and my husband have decided that Alfie will remain in nursery for two days a week which will allow me to have some time to myself but when baby does arrive I will be able to bond and have one on one time. I also plan to get my nails done and book a couple of hair appointments while I can without having two little people to dedicate my time to, which of course is going to be amazing but equally as amazing is having some 'me' time.

So my word of the week is relax.
