My Little Provence Box - Review

I was so excited when I heard the theme for this months 'Little Box', Provence, what a great theme, I am off to France again for my hols very soon, not Provence however but hey it's still France and I'm so looking forward to it. As soon as I heard that it was Provence I had a feeling we would be in for some L'Occitane treats, and you can just call me psychic!

Firstly, the box itself is just so cute, I love the design and I think it captures the French spirit beautifully.

Firstly, I received a very cute little illustrated print with a quote on it, a set of magnets featuring a lady with interchangeable outfits (appeals to the child in me!) and the usual mag, however again this month it has changed from a magazine style to a fold out leaflet which makes it more tricky to read, I think I preferred the magazine style to be honest.

The packaging throughout is just gorgeous, the first item that caught my eye was contained in a little box with 'Sunny Things Inside' written on it, intriguing! Inside a gorgeous gold cuff was inside to be decorated by myself, 2 little packs of blue thread were included with some hints and tips about how to personalise it to make a unique bangle. I haven't actually had the time to have a go yet but hopefully I will soon. Such a cute thing to be included and unlike anything I've ever received in any other box. If I don't get the chance, I don't actually mind the cuff as it is!

Let's move on to the best bit, the beauty products! As always these are contained in a little bag, this month the bag is simply gorgeous and decorated with various little ice creams, fans and bags, too cute. Inside the bag I was super pleased to see lots of little L'Occitane goodies and an eyeshadow pencil, even though these are sample sizes (other than the pencil which is full size) the fact that I received four of them is fab!

The first L'Occitane item was Mer & Mistral Shower Gel (RRP £12 for 175ml), seriously this smells lush, so fresh and invigorating it's a perfect morning shower gel, I've popped it in my toiletries bag for when I go away, perfect holiday scent.

The next item was the Verbena Leaf Soap (RRP £4.50 for 75g), seriously how cute is this soap! It smells like citrus, both exfoliates and smoothes and is super creamy. Gorgeous item!

Third item is a little bottle of Verbena Body Lotion (RRP £20.00 for 250ml), again this smells divine, it has the gorgeous citrus smell to it and is easily absorbed and leaves the skin feeling so smooth, I'm tempted to buy the full size one!

The final L'Occitane item was the Rose et Reines Hand and Nail Cream (RRP £14 for 75ml), I really do rate L'Occitane hand creams and although this size won't last long it's a lovely item to receive and it smells delicious.

Last but not least was the My Little Beauty Eyeshadow Crayon (RRP for full size £9), this is a gorgeous metallic brown shade, it applies beautifully and is a lovely shade worn, a great little item.

As always, really happy with the quality of  the contents in this months box and I think they have captured the spirit of Provence perfectly, Vive la France!!!

What do you think of this months Provence box? C'est bon?
