Sleek i - Divine Eye Shadow Palette - Review

I have been testing out the Sleek i - Divine eyeshadow palette over the last few days  while I've been away (purchased by myself). As much as I love having lots of pots and single eyeshadows in my collection there is something so convenient about having a few nice colours all in one place so this palette seemed a perfect choice, plus I needed one for my holiday.

Firstly, I love the packaging both the box it comes in and the actual palette itself. It is as the name of the brand suggests very sleek! It's extremely slim and feels really nice when you hold it (I know that sounds  bit odd but it does!). I love how the brand name is on the lid but in a non obvious way this makes it feel, in my opinion, quite high end.

I chose the colour selection called 'oh so special' which is a nice mix of wearable, pigmented shades. There is a great choice of palette's and various colours to choose from and I have to admit it took me a while to decide as I was spoiled for choice! Another thing that I love (and it's so silly!) is the fact they name the colours included in the palette, so many companies don't do that and I think it's a nice added extra.

In this particular selection there is a lovely mix of matte and shimmery shades which is perfect for me as I'm a fan of both and that makes this palette even more multi - functional.

Let me talk you through the different shades:

So this is the top row and from left to right.

Bow: A really pretty pale matte pink.

Organza: A gorgeous shimmery rose pink.

Ribbon: A lovely matte mid shade pink.

Gift Basket: A slightly darker shimmery shade of pink.

Glitz: A shimmery, bluey/green shade.

Celebrate: A dark, plummy shimmery shade.

The bottom row from left to right:

Pamper: A barbie pink matte shade.

Gateau: Similar to Organza but a little darker.

The Mail: Quite difficult to see, it's a nude/tan matte shade.

Boxed: A darker brown matte colour.

Wrapped Up: A matte plum  colour.

Noir: A classic matte black (noir is featured in all of the Sleek i-divine palette's, perfect for a smoky eye or to line the eye lid).

I can honestly say I'll use all of these shades and this will become a staple in my beauty collection, the colours are nice to apply, pigmented and I've found they have good staying power.  It's also going to be really handy for travelling as it's a nice compact size. Best of all it only cost me £7.99, what a fantastic price for such lovely eyeshadows.

If you want to purchase a Sleek compact you can online here: Sleek Make Up or from larger Superdrug stores  (this is where I purchased mine from).

Has anyone else used Sleek products before? What would you recommend?
